Mass in Blue

A collision of two musical genres: sacred music and jazz.  Will Todd’s Mass in Blue is the Latin mass text set to swing, blues, and driving grooves.  We are joined by a local jazz quartet Dharma Beats, soprano soloist, and guest conductor Dr. Alicia Walker (USC).  Additional works feature the wonderful organ.
